Settings
Here you make the choices you set once and change now and then. Each section saves on its own, and On this page lists the sections so you can jump to one.
Start with Notifications on this device, then choose under Notifications what we tell you and how. When you’re on leave or TDY, Away dates mark you Out.

Notifications on this device
Notifications reach this phone or computer even when the website is closed.
- Press Turn on notifications here, and on each phone or computer you use.
- Send a test shows how one looks, and tells you what went wrong if none arrives.
- On an iPhone or iPad, first add the website to your home screen, open it from there and log in.
- Count on the app’s icon shows the number of things waiting for you, the same number as on your menu button, on the website’s icon on your home screen too, if this phone or computer can show one.
Our admins have turned off notifications on phones and computers, which means we send nothing to this phone or computer, or to any other. Everything you chose to hear about comes to your Inbox instead, and we keep your choices below for when notifications are on again. Our admins can turn them on again under Club setup › Features.
Get notifications on this phone or computer, even when the website is closed: reminders before your events, and the notices you choose under Notifications.
When this is on, the app's icon shows how many things are waiting for you, the same number as on the menu button. Not every phone or computer can show it.
Notifications
Choose, for each kind of notice, how you hear about it. Inbox and Notification each turn on and off, so you can have either one or both:
- Inbox: kept in your Inbox.
- Notification: on your phones and computers.
- Off: highlighted when you get neither; press it to turn both off.
Sign-in and security always stays in your Inbox; you choose only whether a notification comes too.
Every kind at once sets them all with one press: Everything (our usual choices), Just my events (reminders and changes to your events as notifications, the rest in your Inbox) or Inbox only (only the reminders as notifications). Change any kind after that, and it shows Custom.
Above them, When sets how early reminders come, and your quiet hours, when no notification arrives. Daily summary sends one notification each evening with what came to your Inbox that day. Your teams (when you’re on more than one) leaves out the general news of a team you untick. Each choice saves straight away, on all your phones and computers.
Your time zone
The club’s time zone, until you choose your own. Your quiet hours and your daily summary follow it.
- Use this device’s time zone picks the zone your phone or computer is set to.
- Show event times in my time zone puts every event’s times on your clocks. On an event’s page, press Show the time there to see the time where the event is held.
- We keep your choice with your notification choices; it goes when you delete your data.
Away dates
Enter the dates you’re on leave or TDY, or moving away, instead of answering each event.
Every event of yours on those days is marked Out, with “Away” beside your name, including events added later. You can still answer In for a single event. Away dates also take back your offers to sub for those days.
Be a sub
Make one standing offer to sub for other teams’ games, practices or tournaments, instead of offering for each event.
Tick a team’s kinds of event and press Save. Their coaches then see you under Subs and add you if they need you. You can still turn down a single event on its page, and your away dates take back the offer for those days.
Skate sharpener
If you own a skate sharpener, set it up here once.
- Price and How to pay show beside your name, for example “€5 a pair” and “Cash at the rink or PayPal”.
- Bring your sharpener to: tick the teams and kinds of event. You then appear as a sharpener under Skate sharpening on each of those events you’re on, unless you’ve said Out.
- I no longer have a sharpener removes you as a sharpener from every event.
Your calendar
Put your own practices, games and tournaments in your phone’s calendar, with your answer in each title.
Press Subscribe to the calendar, or Copy link for an app that asks for one. Keep the link private, because anyone who has it sees your events and answers. New link replaces it.
Leaving the club
Moving away, for a PCS or any other reason? Enter Your last day with the club and press Save.
We let your coaches and our admins know, your events after that day are set to Out, and the day after, you’re marked as having left your team. You can still log in for 30 days to sell gear or settle dues. Plans changed? Press I’m staying: remove my last day.
Before you go
Help on the pages
Turn them off once you know your way around. The names of buttons that show only a symbol still appear, and the user guide is always at the foot of the menu.
On a phone, tap a name in an event's lists to see its card. When this is off, names and links work as usual.
For coaches and admins. When this is off, the card still shows the player's details and their line from the game sheets.
They never act while you're typing in a box. Turn them off if a shortcut of your own, or a screen reader, needs the letters. See the keys
Your data
See everything we keep about you, and download it or delete it.
- Download your data saves one file with everything we keep about you.
- Delete your login and data deletes all of it at once and logs you out. You can’t undo it. Dues you still owe stay until they’re settled, and your name stays on past rosters and game sheets.
Download everything we keep about you in one file: your login and devices, your answers and notes, your private details, your settings and the rest.
When your login closes, because you left the club or our admins archived it, we delete your email address, linked accounts, passkeys, private details, notification choices and devices, saved views and menu six months later. Your profile, your seasons and the club's records of your games stay.
