Requests
Requests to log in from a team’s join link, for its coaches and our admins; and, for admins, profile changes that players asked for and sign-ups from new players.
- Approve a request to log in, and the player can log in at once with the address they gave.
- Accept or Decline each change, or Accept every change. An accepted change shows straight away, and we tell the player.
- Open their details opens their profile with the requested change filled in, so you can adjust it before you save it.
- For a sign-up, Add as a new player opens the form for a new person, filled in from the sign-up. Let go closes the sign-up without adding them.
- Looks like under a sign-up names a former player it matches, with how sure we are. Bring back makes their old profile active again, with their seasons and stats, instead of a new one.
- A sign-up that names a team goes to the team’s coaches too, who invite the new player to a practice and name a mentor.
- An admin can turn off sign-ups or profile requests for the whole club under Club setup › Features. While one is off, its section disappears from this page and nobody can send new ones; nothing already sent is deleted.

Asking to join
Sign-ups from Sign up to play and the contact form. Those that name a team go to the team’s coaches as well as our admins, who can pass any sign-up to a team.
- Invite to a practice puts them on one of the team’s practices still to come, by name, as a guest from outside the club. Send on WhatsApp opens a message to the number they gave, with the practice and its page.
- Change the invitation moves it to another practice, or withdraws it.
- Name a mentor asks someone from the team to meet them at their first practice and check in after a month. We tell the mentor, and remind them.
- After the practice, Make them a member: a coach asks our admins, who add the profile, the place on the team and the login in one step.
These came through the sign-up form and the contact form. Add each one as a new player, bring back a former player we recognize, or let it go.
