Maybe
Maybe is a third answer beside In and Out, for players who can’t say yet. You turn it on here only when our admins leave the choice to each team.
A Maybe doesn’t count as coming. Like Out, it gives up the player’s duty, line-up spot, ride and skate sharpening, so that someone else can have them.
Maybe ends turns every Maybe into Awaiting response at the time you choose before each event.
Answers by: after that time, a player who says In needs your approval before they count as In.
Waiting list: when more players say In than an event has room for, choose whether your own players go ahead of guests, or everyone waits in the order they said In.
Goalie subs: when too few goalies are In, we ask the club’s goalies who aren’t playing elsewhere at that time to play.
Skater subs: set how many skaters your events need; when fewer than that are In, we ask other teams’ players to sub.
As the club uses the setting our admins chose for every team. To set one event differently, open that event’s Coach tools .
Player of the game: after each game, the players who came vote for the best player among them. Choose how long the vote stays open and who sees the counts; everyone sees the winner.

After that time, a player who says In sends you a request instead, which you approve or decline. A player can always say Out.

When an event is full
Team players first: your own players come before guests from other teams and from outside the club.
Goalie subs
When fewer goalies than you need are In, we ask the club’s free goalies to play: those not on the event’s list, not away and not In elsewhere at the time. They answer I can play or Not this time from the notification or their Inbox.
Goalies needed sets how many goalies each event needs, and We ask sets how long before the start we ask. As the club uses the setting our admins chose for every team.
For : games and tournaments, or practices too.
Ask again : if you’re still short of goalies at that time, we ask the goalies who didn’t answer once more, and tell you. Choose Off to ask only once.
When a goalie offers : choose Our coaches choose to pick among the offers yourselves, or Add the first one to have us add the first goalie who offers; the others then wait on standby.
One event can differ: open its Coach tools › Subs .

When too few goalies have said In, we ask the club's other goalies who are free at that time to play: first at the time you choose below and, unless you turn Ask again off, once more later if we still need one.

Final scores
When a game sheet is marked final, its score can become the game’s final score on the schedule, so nobody enters it twice.
A coach confirms it : the team’s coaches see Use 5–3 as the final score on the sheet, and one press saves it.
Saved when the sheet is final : the score goes on the schedule the moment the sheet is marked final, unless one is there already.
Entered by hand only : the coaches type the final score themselves; the game sheet doesn’t offer its score.
One game can differ from the team: its coaches choose under its game sheet.

Help wanted
A duty open to the whole club, such as the timekeeper, can be taken by a member of any team. Our admins choose which of your usual duties are open at your home games, in Club setup › Teams. To open a duty you added to one event, tick Open to the whole club beside it under the event’s Duties .
As the club chose : what our admins set for every team.
Open to every team : members of other teams take your open duties, and you hear who took one.
Our players only : your duties stay with your own players.

Reminder banner
The gold banner at the top of each page tells each player which events they still have to answer. When they have none, it tells them about overdue dues, a new announcement, a poll or a request for subs.
As the club chose : your players see the banner while our admins have it on for the club, and don’t while they have it off (Club setup › Features). The line under the choice says which it is now.
Shown : your players see the banner, whatever the club chose.
Not shown : your players don’t see the banner, unless another team they play on shows it. They still find the events they have to answer under Waiting for you in the menu and in their Inbox.
Your choice changes only what your own players see, and you can change it here at any time.

Line-ups
The Build the line-up button places the players who said In on the line-up for you. Choose which method it offers first; you can pick another each time you build.
Build the line-up
Balanced lines spreads points and games played over the lines. Strongest first puts the most points on line 1. Fair ice time puts those who have played least first. Random by position puts each player at the position on their profile and draws new lines at random each time, for practice games or a team that mixes its lines freely.
Player of the game
After each game, the players who came vote for the best player among them.
A vote after each game
The vote stays open
Who sees the counts
Everyone sees the winner once the vote closes. Nobody sees who voted for whom.
Subs on standby
A player from another team you put on standby hears by this time whether you need them.
Standby ends
An hour before, we remind you who is on standby. Then those still on standby are told they're not needed.
